Not sure on 2013-14 but most years its believed to be 10-15. Some of the other years they are way more common.
Collecting Vintage OPC and older oddball and food issues as well as Maple Leafs.
Enjoy the hobby at it's purest form, treat it as you did as a kid. 
10-15 sounds about right. And since they're in a lower-end product, they can be harder to find.
