Here is the best line-up I could come up with based on current MLB players with Canadian citizenship.
C: George Kottaras 1B: Joey Votto 2B: Brett Lawrie SS: Russell Martin (I know he normally plays catcher, but he wanted to be the SS during the 2013 WBC) 3B: Freddie Freeman OF: Michael Saunders, Adam Loewen, Dalton Pompey DH: Justin Morneau SP: Jameson Taillon RP: John Axford
