I've only done a handful of trades on here, but I always get an email notification (as far as i know). That is what i rely on, I would never check my Trade section to see if anything was new. But now reading this I am going to check once a week or so to see if something was missed.

Every time I'm on I check like many others I get spam but no notification of trades

With the current pace of things, I check several times a week but not more than once per day. I am a very organized person, so once I see that trade I can pull the cards as soon as time allows. This may take a couple days if my personal life is busy, but I'm as quick as I can be.

Pretty much every day, in the evenings, sometimes multiple times per day. I get email notifications of offers, updates, acceptances, shipping, etc. (actually, I check trades more than I check email)
