But more specifically, can someone explain the "Test" Holofoil situation? The vast majority of '95 Pinnacle APs are Green. If these were tests - how did they get out? How many? Will BGS grade and encase them?

They always leak out bro. And yes, Beckett will grade them. They are just a mock up or idea for designers to show the execs for an okay before the actual production and to see how the cards will hold up.
Correa's 2015 Topps Chrome auto's have leaked out way ahead of schedule.
