Just renewed for another year for $62 for the hockey online price guide and org, if anyone is curious, i received the offer from the Marketing Department, not the sales department lol. Had an extensive live chat with Shawn about why he can't offer me the same deal that another department can FROM THE SAME COMPANY LOL idiots (slowly shaking my head)

Nice, $10 less than I paid. Should have let it expire and waited for that deal. Hard to believe that marketing folks are allowed to offer less for you coming back than it is for a customer service rep can for retention of a customer. Shows they value getting sales over service, sadly.

Unfortunately, this seems to be the business model for anyone offering a subscription based service nowadays.
