RE: Did something happen to Chris Olds?
Well, another customer service rant. Was told yesterday by a Brian E. he would get back to me in 24 hours about my custom registry complaints. 24 hours has come and gone and of course, no replies. Just another example of crappy customer service from Beckett. How they figure I'm going to spend grading money with them after all of this is beyond me.
If any of us in our workplace told a customer we would be back to them in 24 hours, I know my bosses would be on my case asking why I didn't get back to the customer.

It really seemed like he has a passion for the hobby. Hope he still connected to it in some fashion.
