2015 topps silver frame
This is probably a realy stupid question, but gonna ask anyway, lol.I recently purchased a box of 2015 topps series2, pulled a silver framed card. My question is(these are thicker then normal cards) Don't know if anyone has tried to take the silver frame off to see if topps has a surprise and put something special in it since it is thicker then the normal card(like a rip card)

I wouldn't do that, it's probably just a thick paper stock so the frame would work/look better and the weight of the frame will be supported better than a flimsy paper card. Now, if it were from an Allen & Ginter box of cards ..... ?????

I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

Tell ya what, you do it and let us know. I have about 6 of these and it would be nice if there were something in there valuable

Cardboard Connection has this
numbered silver Framed (one per hobby or jumbo case)

Is the card #ed??

Do not remove anything from the card..not a rip card for sure..
