Stopped by the local twice yesterday. Met up with a friend who finished off my 2015 Series 2 set but I still wanted to buy couple of packs to see if I could pull another Bryant. Didn't
On the shelf in the open box was four packs. I picked out two and then the owner opened a new box to sell and I took one pack from the new box.
From the new box
From the second pack from the four that were in the open box
10/10
And what was in the first pack?
Sure, it is only a manufactured knob but still a cool card
93/99
Pretty amazing for only three packs
Went back in the afternoon and tried my luck on Tier One. Major hit or miss product.
Pack one:
Jersey card of Roger Clemens #199/199
First auto
And the second auto! What are the odds of pulling two Edgar autos numbered to 10 on the same day from different products?
I thought about stopping but then pushed my luck one more time and took a second pack
Jersey of Freddie Freeman and an auto of some Yankee pitcher I never heard off.
Thought my luck had run out, push the Yankee auto away and see this card:
Okay, don't push your baseball luck anymore.
I take three packs of Upper Deck football.
Pack one: Auto of a UCLA player.
Pack two: nothing but base
Okay my luck had run out?
Nope,
Pack three:
At that point I paid and said, Thank you!
