So, I’ve busted into some 2015 Gypsy Queen. At first I was excited about the product but it’s kind of gone same ole same ole on me now. In my opinion the design is a little better than last year. Same type of insert sets and of course you have the 50 SP cards for the regular base set and the near impossible variants to try and find. While imputing them into my organize I also noticed the repeating theme of the mini’s typically booking higher than the regular cards, ah well I don’t’ collect minis so much so I guess I have trade bait. The hobby boxes also included the mini box of variation minis that I have no interest in. I bought a case of this stuff last year and decided not to this year and I believe I have made the correct choice. My favorite card (insert set) from this year is the white framed (retail only) it just seems in my eye to make the picture pop. Unfortunately the white isn’t numbered so the bronze cards book higher because they are numbered to /499. Here are some of the cards I pulled. All are for trade with the exception of the cards I’m keeping to build the regular card set and regular insert sets.

Not too bad, man! 2 hanger packs of 2015 GQ has been the only 2015 we have opened so far. Looking for Lucroy but my kid pulled a Nolan Ryan Gold mini/99. Nice for my PC but not really for hers! We would gladly trade the white borders for any 2015 Lucroys you might have!

In fact, the past few years, the retail exclusive framed cards were always a little nicer than the serial numbered framed cards, IMO. GQ lost its steam with me about 2 weeks after it hit the shelves. I've picked up about as much as I can handle. I have a ton of base cards with very little 'hits' to show for the effort. Once Bowman came out, I changed gears.

110% agree with you, unfortunately I build this set every year since it came out so I feel obligated to finish this years. maybe I'll try to spice it up and go for the white framed also.
