Prototype Hologram??

Prototype Hologram??
You can't see the hologram very well, but it looks like one of the Arena Holograms from the early 90's except when you turn it over, it says it's a prototype. I assume this is worthless, but wondering if any one out there sees any value in it? Maybe someone who has nastalgia for old baseball card shops or something? What does everyone think?

I found it in my collection of Ken Griffey Jr cards and it just struck my interest.

Thanks in advance.

RE: Prototype Hologram??
I wouldn't assume that it's worthless. Is the back text printed and then the dealers name at the top and info at the bottom were stamped later? That would allow Arena to have made the cards and than each dealer they sent to could distribute them to they customers with their own info on the card. This could be a much rarer card than you might think, as I would imagine each dealer only got a handful of the cards, so there would be many different versions (i.e. each with either stamped or hand written dealer info, and probably even some blanks as some dealers might not have put any info on the cards).
Then again I could be completely wrong, as I don't recall ever seeing this card before, and am just speculating based on the card back.

Thanks. Looks like it was all stamped at the same time. I appreciate the feedback. I couldn't find anything about The Cardsmith either, so really couldn't ask questions.. It was 20+ years ago.

RE: Prototype Hologram??
Almost 25 years ago now, so it doesn't surprise me if that shop doesn't exist anymore and might not have been in business for a long time. I am surprised that I didn't find another card like it (not even one with a different card shop info on the back). I definitely wouldn't toss the card, and probably wouldn't trade or sell it until I got more info.
