After a string of very upsetting football breaks, and my LCS no longer carrying panini basketball boxes, I resorted to take some more football punishment.

My team is the Packers, and I get very upset when not 1 single GB card is pulled out of a box that contains over 80 cards, which was the case with Select.





"Big" hit was a Vance McDonald redemption. Being redeemed for a 49ers friend.

Other "hits" included a Keenan Allen Prizm rc and assorted hot rcs or stars inserts. And no Packers.

So I went back to the lcs and bought what I should have bought in the first place. Topps Prime '14 and it saved my bacon.

Then got a PC hit, Ha Ha auto redemption (will be my first of his in a Packers uni).





Also got a Shady SP and the base runs of Packers. Might be a Topps man from here on out.

Nice! I just got skunked on the Packers in a 7 box break...not one hit, and only a couple base...not even worth the shipping.

I gotta say, I love the Michael Ford (LSU). Problem with Select is its hard to get a great player. I would have loved to have pulled that Ford, but I ended up with a Geno Smith redemption

I got some Packers in the topps, but I didn't post the pics. I got the base runs of the set, Rodgers, Lacy etc, and a Clinton-Dix auto redemption that I already submitted.
