Help identifying this Ripken.

Help identifying this Ripken.
So I came across this auction with less than 2 minutes remaining and it was worded something like " baseball cards lot rose, Schmidt, griffey ect "

It had a somewhat blurry pic of 15-20 cards laid out on a table from above. I could make out most of the cards and one seemed to be a Ripken update RC. Most of the cards were from the early 80's and the seller wasn't a baseball card seller but someone who sold just random things. I though maybe a storage locker type buyer so I grabbed it for like $11.00 shipped.

Long story short, I got the lot today and this Ripken has me stumped.

It is ceramic with rounded corners and hand numbered on the back. Also came with some sort of COA from topps?

woaa. That's pretty cool. My dad had a ton of Ripken stuff, but I've never seen anything like this. I hope you find out.

Topps has done this with a few cards I also have the Derek Jeter like this as well as a Nolan Ryan. If you look there are quite a few of these on ebay. There is a entire set with Griffey, Ripken and Thomas and they all singed it. The only one I see that sold on ebay went for $2.50.

Sorry to disapoint you you never know a few years from now it might be more. If I had to guess it was made around 1997 but it should show you on the back.
