Chrome jumbo packs
I had some good luck with the Chrome retail stuff and saw that my LCS had some Jumbo packs of chrome and I decided to try some. Bought 3 packs and had a few decent hits.
Pack 1 - All base and a Trumbo refractor - BOOOO!
Pack 2 - Pujols xfractor, Tanaka RC, Andrew Heaney Auto
Pack 3 - Braun 1989 insert, Tommy Medica Sepia Auto #/75
I wasn't overly impressed, but I cant complain too much when 2of my 3 packs had Autos.

You did very well! Was it Topps Chrome or Bowman Chrome?
I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.
