I'd like to add this to my wantlist, but first I'd like to know how to identify it. I believe it's a sticker and that it's large. Anyone?

"BASKET 16" I believe was a French magazine issue.
Looks like larger sticker that has been cut from a full magazine sheet of stickers with other players. My guess is the 1994-96 time frame...dont' know the other players...but that's what I know.
