Has anyone seen this? 2014 Topps Question

Bought two hangers at Walmart and each had 10 cards that do not have the foil name on front, but everything else is exactly the same. Has anyone else experienced this or was I just the lucky one to get mis-printed cards. Below are pictures of 4 of them

looks like misprinted cards. I've bought a few and all had the foil, I just checked lol.

"Topps" and "quality control" don't always go together.
I appreciate Chicago players that begin competing within the city's sports organizations and stay with these teams throughout their careers.
