I have a card from 2003 Fleer Focus JE that is labeled #81 on the back that is for Adam Dunn/Cincinnati Reds however the picture on the front is Derek Jeter. I tried to research online however I'm not finding any answers. If anyone has an answer for me please let me know. Just curious if the card is a common error and if so is it a Jeter or Dunn card.

It's just a wrongback error card. You can call it a low value Jeter card or a high value Dunn card.

It was a relatively common error in the late 90s early 2000s to have the wrong back on a card. I have several in my collection. Most collectors regard them as mistakes and so they don't carry much value. You may get lucky and find a Jeter or Dunn collector who would have interest in it.
