I don't really sell much, but I do have the box/case addiction. If I sold, I would almost never get my money back. (If you normally did get your money back, or close to it- everyone would break cases)

Generally speaking, if you sell everything and get half your money back on average, you did pretty well.

That is a horrible ratio....I don't care what you are buying.

I bought four wax boxes of 89 Upper Deck and only found three Randy Johnsons and two Griffeys. I wont be buying a wax box of anything again. Just my opinion.

I've never done it but have friends that own shops. It all depends on the product. If you're able to get a good deal on a mid end product and get 2 big hits, you can definitely offset or even make money. But it's not always a guarantee. One of these days I wanna try a case of something!
