I didnt see anything listed to why its blue. But why is his the only card blue?

Is base card only came with a blue border, unlike the rest of the set which are more gray.

The mini version has some strange anomalies as well, green printing on back, some are missing the bio info. No one is really sure why it was done, I guess we'll see if it turns out to be something for the Code which I don;t think has been solved yet.
