I am curious to know with all the changes in the hobby from when I was last in it full time, are there still a premium on low number print run cards. For example you have card 67 out of 10,000 print run cards. When I was last in the hobby full time i beleive they used to add a small premium to card # 1-100 on such cards. Or is it with the generation of print run cards now that has gone out the window.

That has pretty much gone out the window. The few premiums paid are for a player's jersey number along with the 1st and last ones in the print run (i.e. 1/1000 and 1000/1000). However even those premiums are minimal, if you can get a premium at all.
