Pawn Shop probably gave about $50 in the card at most as Phinz said.
If you do have proof the card was yours and you can prove this, the person will be busted, but not for much. Value of the card is under $500, and alas that is what is needed to be a low class felony.
Not sure what state you're in, (I believe I saw Montana on the ebay), but the card is most likely gone as it's out of state buyer possibly, and good luck getting it back.
