Perhaps a custom-made card with in IP auto? Like was said before, it wouldn't be the first time a name didn't appear on a checklist, but the fact that nobody has one on COMC and it's the only one that's been listed on eBay, makes me think it wasn't simply overlooked.

Also, there's just something about it that looks "off" compared to the other Inception cards. Not bad, just off.

But would someone go to all the trouble to make a custom card for an IP auto that still had everything else on the front and back look exactly the same as the other Inception Autos's?

It's possible. Make a couple of them at home to look official, get them signed at a game or spring training, sell one to cover the price of materials.
