2013 Panini Prizm Question

I just purchased a sweet lot of Lavonte David stuff (all autos or numbered less than 99). One of the cards was a 2013 Panini Prizm Lavonte David Auto #152. It has a black border around it and that is why I have a question. Is this the base card or is this a different card and Beckett does not have pricing for it yet?
Any help would be appreciated. 
Not numbered. I checked on Ebay and there are other Black bordered cards on there just like the Lavonte. Some say its an SP and others don't. Cant find anything on beckett about them

Figured it out! Panini misprinted the Autos #101-#178. They were supposed to have normal backgrounds but they ended up getting printed with a black background. I don't know if they ever fixed it and printed some with the normal background or not. Hopefully they did so I can go after that one too.
The black backrounds are retail releases. Last I looked they werent priced.
i pulled an A.J. Jenkins black border auto from a hobby box, so not retail
Interesting - I opened a couple cases and not one single black border - but I have 3 that came from retail blasters lol
