Switch pitcher? Strange question, but I thought, wouldn't that be something?

What would be the rules on that? Could they switch every inning or every at bat?

Pat Venditte was a Yankees prospect for a while. He has Bowman auto cards of him throwing from both sides. Not sure what happened to him though.
Topps Master Set Builder, Dodgers and Mike Piazza Collector as well.

There was a guy who pitched for the Expos and had a funky glove that he could use on either hand.
He did pitch in a game aginst 1 batter (think it was the Reds) where he changed from throwing righty to lefty. I think he walked the batter. I am pretty sure its' aginst the rules in MLB now to be a switch pitcher.

Yes I am lazy and don't want to be bothered looking it up.....LOL

Sorry, just saw Jacoby's post at the bottom. Harris, Expos.

Pat Venditte is still in the Yankees system... actually pitched in the most recent WBC but was only allowed to pitch from 1 side as he was rehabbing the other arm... that is him in the video.. and they do have a switch pitcher rule because of this AB... before the batter steps into the box he has to show in some fashion which side he will throw from... he is not allowed to switch at any point in the AB but he can switch on the next batter... i have a dual auto ball of his. left and right handed
