A couple months back I was watching the mlb network and they were doing a count down on the most intimidating pitchers in baseball. They showed this pitcher who would start on the mound facing the outfield/2nd base, punch his glove and quickly turn to the batter. He had a mustache and always gave the meanest face. I believe it was 70's-early 80's. I caught he end and didn't see his team. Does anyone have any idea who i'm talking about?

I remember seeing either a charity game or an old timers game about 12-15 years ago when he came out to pitch and had his ball literally smoke up when he threw the first pitch. Was awesome.
