In organize adding your wants into the system? Has it worked for anyone? Added a few for my 2007 sweet spot immortal autos but debating on more.

Yeah, its' worked great for me. In the trade screen when I click "wants only" all the cards I have marked pop right up. Be sure to mark "wants" and "trade for"... I think it is only the "trade for" which causes stars to pop up, but I mark both to be on the safe side.
PC Players: Alex Bregman and Christian Yelich. Looking for any and every I don't have.
Other Players: Luis Ortiz Jr., Rowdy Tellez, Touki Toussaint 
it only works for the "trade for" column
Trade for column triggers the yellow stars. I'm pretty wants does nothing other than filling out the collection stats at the header of each of your collections in your Org.
