It was sad to watch the Monday Night game, knowing that it was an end of an era for a great park. But it was great to see and hear the "Say Hey" kid once again. I have many memories of watching the giants play there on TV. I live in Mass. But the best memory of the park was taking my wife to her very first Baseball game, yup at Candlestick park. We drove from Orange country all the way up to San Francisco, she made the ultimate sacrifice. It was a July afternoon game. They were playing the Phillies, it was Daryl Strawberry's first game as a Giant. And we froze our butts off because it was so cold. For a one o'clock game. LOL I haven't been to PAC Bell yet I heard it is awesome. Some day I'll convince my wife she needs to go to another Giants game. Enjoy the memories that's all we have left.
