I am looking for a little advice. I just got a 2019 Topps Series 1 hobby box, and opened all the packs only to find that the box did not contain the 1 Auto/Relic card. When I added all the cards to my Organizer on Beckett, i found that I was 1 card short of the 336 that the box was supposed to have, which i would presume to be my missing Hit.

I went on Topps website and downloaded the claim form, but I am confused as to what Topps is looking for on this "Letter of Explanation". Are they just looking for a description that the box was missing the hit and only contained 335 cards, not 336 and looking for Topps to send me my Hit?

Can anyone help me out on what I should be putting in this Letter of Explanation?

Last time this happened..I copied the box bottom with the serial # and the receipt, which was on line.
They sent me the missing hit..just do not expect a Trout auto though..
