Pricing on cards with a N/A listed
I'm looking for a price on one of my cards. It's a 1980 Topps Phil Huffman rookie card. It's listed as N/A and I would like to know how to value the card.

No clue why it's not priced. But if I had to assign a "value" I would say equal to other commons in that year. If you want to find how much it will sell for check ebay..but I'm guessing it would be hard pressed to find someone that would give more than a nickel for it other than Phil or his momma.
Colleting all Topps Cubs cards from the main set and Traded/Update

if it has a NA designation that means there isn't enough secondary market activity to give an manageable idea what it's worth.

That said a quick ebay search for 1980 Topps Phil Huffman only turns up one sold and it was a PSA 9 that sold for $.99

The O-Pee-Chee version has a price, not sure if that's a fair number to go by.

The O-P-C price is indicating of a common, & I thought O-P-C was normally a higher BV than Topps.

not, OPC isnt as a rule more expensive. that isnt a universal. depends on year, player, etc (look at 1978 eddie murray, for instance)

easy way to do this folks...not sure why it hasnt been brought forth before:

we dont know the topps value, we do know the opc value. so....

lets look at another common: 1980 gary alexander

http://www.beckett.com/search/?term=1980...m=extended

opc and topps are the same price, 25 cents

the op's card book at 25 cents for the opc

ergo, the card is worth 25 cents

the reason for the n/a in this case is just a database error
