I have a 1989 Topps card with Luis Rivera pictured on the front but the back show #405 with Roger Clemens Name and the AL ERA leaders. Anyone ever seen one like that?

it's a very common wrong back misprint. it is considered a flawed card.

wrong backs are common in years where there is overproduction
