Sticking it in a scanner may help get a picture that's not warped.

According to BGS's grading scale for 9.5 centering: 50/50 one way, 55/45 the other on front. 65/35 or better on back. You definitely have 50/50 on top/bottom. I'm not sure sure your left/right is good enough, plus theoretically you need to factor in the backside. i'm don't know how strictly the graders follow these guidelines though.
