A&G Lincecum cross-stitch project complete with photo
This took nearly 3 years to finish, has about 70,000 individual stitches with about 300 different colors. Next step will be framing which I am looking forward to getting done when I get back home.
This is a scan of the original card for comparison purposes. I had to adjust the image to fit the design so it would be the right size and dimension.

I use 32 count cream Belfast Linen stitched over 2 threads (not easy fabric to stitch on but gives the best finish)
Overall size is approx 18"x24"
When Cyrus gets home with his iPhone I can photo it alongside the actual mini to give a better scale

That's partly why it took 3 years, I abandoned it for months at a time because I couldn't stand to look at it

Awesome Pete (now I know what the heck your contest was about!). Patience? I would have been a patient trying to do that. Really amazes me what folks can do. I have the "artistic" talent of a 2 x 4. Thanks for sharing and congrats!
