This is a very strange card. In this set the Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos cards have a icy film over the cards because these are supposed to be the legendary rares from the set. So they are hard to pull, but when I pulled this one it seems that in production it missed its icy film and it just looks like a normal EX card.
