This is suppose to be the holy grail of Lebron's rookie cards especially it is by Exquisite with his autograph and patch, but people are listing it at ridiculous prices. What do you think? $115,000 for gold card limited to 25, $75,000 and $28,000 limited to 100????? These prices are insane, just take the money and put it towards a down payment on a house instead.

What are these cards worth? I know they are worth whatever someone ends up paying for it but realistically.

It's just as you said, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. There is absolutely no other way to state it. Someone tomorrow could pay $2,000 for a raw Exquisite Patch AU RC of Robin Lopez which would mean that specific card is worth $2,000. Now, if you're asking how much do we think it cost to make that card, including price for LeBron to sign, price of stock, price of jersey, plus labor costs, you'll have to ask Upper Deck. But they won't release that because then it would determine how much their boxes should sell for, which would be much lower than what they charge for them.

High-end cards are not meant for the average collector. They are meant for people with larger amounts of disposable income. Are the prices people are asking for some of these cards outrageous, yes. Does that mean that they cards aren't worth those prices. Well just as xtreamInsanity said, cards are worth whatever someone is willing to pay for them.
I know that isn't what you want to hear, however for higher end cards it really is the case. You can look at previous sales to get an idea as to what the value might be, but just because something sold for $100 a month ago doesn't mean it will still sell for $100 a month later. It comes down to basic economics, which is to say that something is worth whatever 2 people agree to make a transaction for (i.e. someone has to be willing to sell at a set price and someone else has to be willing to buy at a set price).
