Is your restrictions to no US players still in affect? or effect....hum... I should just rewite it to say 'is your ban on trading with US still active?' ooo. that sounds better, but i think it sounds mean too. hum.

Are you still not trading with USA? well, that too seems confusing because if you say yes, yes you are still not trading or yes you are now trading. aww hell. I've seem to cornered myself in.
