Hey! I just got that card in a trade here last week
 It may just be the pics so your own judgement of course, but it looks to me like the bordering is angled a little. Top border, left side looks thicker than right side. But again may just be the pics. Good luck if you decide to send it in.

Well I did pick it up for about $25 after shipping, so maybe there's something I'm missing. Sending in a few so figured why not add one more. Now if I could just get my hands on a Topps Chrome!

that's about what they go for raw. I think it's pretty well-centered, personally, for that era of Finest cards anyway. Good luck!
I collect Michael Jordan, Mitch Richmond, and Ohio State players (football and basketball) in OSU gear. I strongly prefer 90's-era cards and use newer cards primarily for trade bait!
