I think he's already out. He was the passenger so they'll be more lenient. He had every opportunity too. Dang it! Just spent 60 bucks on his stuff!

Unclear of the facts at this point - some law professor threw out the term constructive possession, but I know Ga has a clause called "equal access". Big deal and big difference. I've used that at trial and been successful (on a 5 pound bag of ecstasy Wink

If gun found on him - toast. Burnt toast. If just in car? His friend takes the plea and gets about 1 milly in an offshore account for when he gets out.

I read and heard it was IN the car, not on him. He's pleading not guilty.
5lb bag of X??? Who runs around with that many pills?!?!?!
