Yeah, I don't usually set the best offer option. I hardly ever sell cards, but if I did- there would be no offer option. I don't haggle. Even when I am buying, I don't haggle. I will tell you what I am willing to pay, you either sell it to me.... or you don't. If I get back a counteroffer, I just decline it.
This is also the reason I don't even bother with listings that have a high starting price. If we aren't starting in the same ballpark, I won't even offer. If the starting price is more than double what I would be willing to buy it for, that seller just listed themselves out of a sale.
