Ok I had an issue with a seller on Amazon:

Well I contacted Sage because the seller stated in a Pm that they were the manufacturer and authenticated the auto of the card they sold me.

Well Today I believe his name was Robert or Roger, Contacted me by phone about my issue.

He stated that the card was made by them and that they had no connection with the seller. He also stated that as a fellow collector the placing of the secondary market sticker was ,in his opinion, damaging the card.

I have to say this phone call surprised me. The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable I have never had a card company give me that kind of great customer service. And I have to say it makes me want to buy their cards even more. Good Job Sage!

He's not he told it was sold "as is" yesterday. I have to return it to him to get my money back.

Wow, they actually contacted you. That is really great. I thought that the guy that was selling it was shifty-kinda like he thought that you didn't know squat, especially when he said basically something to the effect of, this is how everyone authenticates them....something like that!

It was probably Robert Sadlak, co-founder of the company ... I've talked to him before.

Their customer service is phenomenal, I'm really pulling for them to get an NCAA license again.
