2012 National Treasures help???

2012 National Treasures help???
Has anyone see this with other National Treasures? The first picture is 2 Trevor Bauer NT auto RC's, nothing looks fishy. The second picture shows one numbered out of 99 and one without any serial number. I've been looking at every single one that has hit EBAY and this is the only one I've seen without a serial number, any advice?

It's another eBay 1/1. No number. It must if slipped through the numbering process and someone at quality control missed it.

The numbers are foil stamped on, not printed. That one looks like it missed the stamp process.
