I have a trade pending with a mod and I PM'd them that I was shipping and gave my D/C #. Their response was that the trade issues are known and that they are working on it. I remember this happened several months ago, but I don't remember how long it took until it was fixed. Messaging is the issue I have had, but I haven't sent any new offers the last few days. It did let me mark trades as sent though.
