Anything on the Wrapper Redemption Program for 2013?
Topps posted on Twitter the other day something about encouraging collectors to save both Hobby and Retail wrappers from 2013 series 1. Has anyone heard anything further yet? It seems odd for them to cut it this close to release day, no?
Okay, well according to their Twitter feed, details will be coming tomorrow. So, stay tuned I guess haha
