Dont do much prospecting but this kid sure throws hard

I read an article the other day that he has the fastest average pitch in the majors. His background story regarding how he became a pitcher is even more remarkable. I thought about picking up something of him. Looks like you got a nice start to a rainbow.

Any help on the others is appreciated.
