So how does one go about requesting a redemption replacement from Panini? I have 2 cards both just about to go past a year and just want to replace them.

I called and spoke with a customer service rep. She was very nice and asked what team / player I would like as a replacement. She actually looked up the BV of the redemption card and then asked me if I would like a specific card that had an equal value.

Now you have to select a replacement time when you log in your redemption - I think 6 or 10 weeks? You should be able to get the phone number from their site.
