Card company Ratings

Card company Ratings
If you were to rate the big three, Panini, Topps and Upper Deck a rating on 1-5, 1 being the lowest, how would you rate them for the following:

Customer Service

Product Design

Overall

I would break mine down as follows:

Panini

Customer Service 4 (improving massively)

Product Design 4 (getting better products out, check Elite and Prestige)

Overall 4

Topps:

Customer Service 2 (never, ever answer you on media sites)

Product Design 3 (lame 00 rookies cards, but nice looking memorabilia/ auto cards)

Overall 3

Upper Deck
Customer Service 2 (Having really poor luck with them recently. They used to be a 4 or 5 here but not anymore)

Product Design 3 (Not a big fan of College stuff or this number would be higher)

Overall 3

How would you break them down?

My opinion probably won't carry much weight but UD gets a 5 from me and Panini and Topps get a 0. I'm only into college stuff and Panini and Topps can no longer produce them.

Panini
Customer Service - 2 The only way to get help is to call them.
Product Design - 3 Some new designs, too many repeated designs.
Overall - 3 Wish I could give them more, but their CS is AWFUL.

Topps:
Customer Service - 5 Had one redemption and it was fulfilled on time.
Product Design - 4 They have really improved in this ares
Overall - 4.7 My favorite company right now.

Upper Deck
Customer Service - 3 I've had several redemptions, only a few on time.
Product Design - 1 They've been mailing it in the last couple years.
Overall - 2 Easily the worst company out there now.

Basing these strictly on 2011 and 2012 to this point:

Panini
Customer Service - 1 - Completely non-exisitent.
Product Design - 3.5 - Improving. Depends on product.
Overall - 3.5 - Mostly becuase of Redemptions and complete lack of CS. . . the only thing worse than pulling a redemption is not getting them for a year and not getting your emails/messages returned.

Topps:
Customer Service - 4 - best by far but the bar is low. Just remember anything past the current production year and this drops to 1.
Product Design - 3 - steady but unspectacular. Would be higher if there wasn't so many damaged cards out of the pack.
Overall - 3.5 - Decent value for the most part.

Upper Deck
Customer Service - 1 - they have stopped even trying. would be zero if that was an option.
Product Design - 3 - Used to be #1 by a ton - now, just resting on their laurels, or what is left of them.
Overall - 2 - College only, No CS, still make some nice looking stuff but I find it hard to get excited over them anymore.

Lol. Seems like Topps is getting the highest..people must have better luck with them then me lol. Panini does well with customer service when you call and have improved. Upper Deck..well its sad to see a giant of the hobby falling fast.

And as an off topic..did you get my auto card?
