I opened some boxes of 2007-08 between the pipes and pulled a Corey Schneider autograph card. when I look it up in the price guide it says NA where the price should be. can anyone tell me why.

It means that there isn't enough market data for the people who ascertain the prices so make an effective call on its worth yet. I know someone who would probably be very interested in such a card however, if you were looking to move it?
