I had knee surgery in May and cant get back in goal until at least the end of August so I sent my mask out to get it painted. I had a custom painted mask when I was a peewee and bantam and really wanted another one.

I bought new pads, gloves, and a mask in March and they are all black so my teammates/friends gave me the nick name Sex Panther from the cologne in the movie Anchorman and the fact that I love cats, including big jungle cats...and put a little twist on it (Sex Panther - 90% of the time he saves it every time) If you're not familiar with the movie the line is 60% of the time it works every time.

Thanks! I got cleared to start skating, golfing, etc. Friday morning and I skated last night for about 20 minutes for the first time since May 5th. It felt great getting back on the ice! The knee feels weak, but my physical therapist and doctor told me the best thing to do is to return to my normal activity to get the rest of my strength back.

I think you should invested in a sheet of plexiglass roughly 4'x6'.....seeing there are pucks behind you!!!!
