2004 topps question
Does anyone know how to tell the difference between Topps vs. Topps Collection. What was the deal?

Both Eli RC's look identical to me.

Yep. Topps Collection are only available from Factory sealed sets. The base Topps are the ones found in hobby/retail packs.
Always interested in any Wisco alums I don't have.
