What do you do when you have a damaged card in a pack? Will the company ever replace it?

I know Panini will, just go to their website and customer support and follow the directions. Not sure on the other brands

upper deck - its not a super high value card but it still pissed me off

I called them before and there wasn't 24 cards in the pack like advertised and they sent me to free packs and both had jersey cards in them, give them a call it won't hurt anything

I am working with Topps right now and going on 5 days with no response to their incident online website even though it states you will receive a response in 2 business days. Ya Im pissed!

Leaf sent the card back saying it fell within acceptable guidelines....but they threw in a free Muhammad Ali printing plate...
