Question about top rated seller status on Ebay
I just got top rated status a few weeks ago on ebay. Will I get 20% taken off of my fees at the end of the month? I noticed I am still paying the same 9%. Any help would be appreciated!

Congrats, but I don't know. I'm just a buyer.

RE: Question about top rated seller status on Ebay
In order to get the 20% discount you must have one day turnaround for shipping with tracking information uploaded into their system on over 90% of all shipments. You also have to offer at least 14 days for all returns.

I received no discount this past month because I can't offer next day shipments due to my eBay store being a secondary business to my regular daily job. I still have top rated status but don't receive the discount. As an aside, if I remember correctly when I did qualify for the discount it was only applied to insertion fees and not final value fees.

I do the one day turnaround and tracking info instantly on all transactions anyway. I thought the 20% was for final value fees. I hardly ever have insertion fees. Oh well, thanks for the help though!
