It says he was arrested for “resisting arrest/search unclassified.” So it has to be something to do w/ not giving consent for search. Can't get charged w/ resisting if you weren't being arrested in the first place. Has to do w/ being searched.
Sadistically collecting Chad OchoCinco Johnson non 1/1's 2660/3840 69.25% complete *Every time you use the word "MOJO" an angel gets full blown aids*
Here is another report on Yahoo! sports. Pretty similar to that one. I am certain there is more to it than what is there. Resisting arrest usually means he was being checked for other reasons (usually alcohol related).

looks like, as usual, the cops overreacted:
oh, and there is video, so that will get released eventually Peterson wanted to get some water before he left, but an officer told Peterson that he needed to leave. Some words apparently were exchanged, but Peterson eventually walked to the exit with one of the club's bouncers. It's believed that one of the officers then jumped on Peterson's back from behind and tried to take him down. (Key word: "tried.") Other officers then joined the fray and completed the arrest. The cops there all have this mightier then though complex there. I once saw a cop throw down an old man because he talked back to him. No profanity or anything. and then there is always this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlKmiPCVStc http://s16.photobucket.com/albums/b21/Da...or%20Sale/ Chris Henry Collection Items:811/423 MEM:307/152 AUTO:395/175 Ser #'d:711/343 RC:38/37 |
